Notice of Formal Dissolution
New Beginnings Leadership Business and Individual Development Center
Dear Partners and Supporters,
It is with a heavy heart, yet with sincere gratitude to God for the ministry we have shared together, that I am writing to formally announce the closure of New Beginnings Leadership Business and Individual Development Center. After much prayerful consideration, consultation with the Board of Governors has decided to dissolve the ministry, effective June 1, 2026.
This was not a decision made lightly, but we believe it is the necessary path forward. We are committed to navigating this transition with integrity, clarity, and certainty honoring our past CEO, Apostle Raycenia Moyer’s legacy while responsibly closing the ministry. All partners, supporters, confidentiality records and financial documents will be securely maintained and properly archived.
In accordance with our bylaws and governing constitution, any remaining ministry assets will be liquidated, and all proceeds will be applied toward outstanding debts. As of April 1, 2026, all donations and monetary gifts will be returned to our partners and supporters due to SBA regulations and acts required to liquidate all assets on or before the last day of active operations.
While this chapter is closing, we celebrate the impact this ministry has had on our community and various parts of the United States. New Beginnings have been a meaningful part of many lives, and we remain deeply thankful for every prayer, act of service, labor of love, and every moment of fellowship that you helped make possible throughout this ministry over the years. We could not have done it without you.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to the leadership of our Board of Governors, Accountability Board, Team Members and Intercessory Prayer Team, for their years of service and dedication. We would be amiss if we didn’t say how much we greatly appreciate the loyalty of all of you, our partners and supporters for your generosity, commitment, and very fine support to New Beginnings.
I would also like to personally acknowledge the incredible support I’ve received from all of you throughout this journey. Your messages, comments, and encouragement have meant the world to me during this difficult time. Your words of support, love, and understanding have been a source of comfort and strength for me. I am truly grateful for your faith, dedication, and support to the ministry.
Thank you all for being such a blessing over the years for the time, love, and financial support you invested in the ministry. Many blessings to you now and always.
