Grace to you and peace from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. I trust this message finds you on top with all things under your feet.

Remember His presence and the presence of others. During times of social distancing a leader can feel emotional distancing. Being alone has some short-term virtue. Being lonely can lead to mental and emotional heaviness. Monitor your mental health and your team’s mental health. Human beings are relational, created in the image of God. Our God is a relational God. He regularly promises and reminds us throughout scripture He will be with us. His presence is necessary and nurturing, however He said “it is not good for man to be alone.”

Remember His provision. During this season do not isolate or insulate from others. Leaders and followers grow, thrive and mature in community. Remember to love God and to love people. Don’t be mentally, emotionally or spiritually detached. Some great provisions He gives us are people, partners and professionals. Don’t overlook those He has put with you. Draw from all the provisions He gives you in this crisis.

Remember His power is available during difficult times. His strength is made perfect in our weakness. His presence gives a leader the assurance he or she is not alone. His power provides the ability to accomplish and advance in difficult times. His power gives us courage in the face of overwhelming odds. You have the Holy Ghost, His presence with you. You have the Holy Ghost, His provision within you. You have the Holy Ghost, His divine ability working through you.

This week remember His presence, His provision and His power. We are overcomers. We are in this together!
