MIKE HICKS
Mike Hicks is the Director of LIFT America, an outreach ministry of CEAI, and part of a national movement to empower, and equip Christians working in public, private and charter schools. Through city-wide and regional gatherings Mike works with local teams to bring Christian educators together for fellowship and encouragement. In addition to these large area gatherings, the LIFT ministry provides resources to help busy teachers start, and/or strengthen, school site staff fellowship groups (LIFT Groups) for ongoing support.
Prior to his tenure at CEAI, Mike was a high school biology teacher for 24 years and wrestling coach in Bakersfield, CA.
