Mission:

We exist to passionately promote the advancement, love and the goodness of the Kingdom of God: Righteousness, Peace, and Joy in the Holy Spirit into the hearts and lives of our children, youth, and young adults … our future leaders throughout the world. We do this through equipping Parents, Leaders, Educators, Mentors, Students, Businesses, and other Organizations in our Holy Spirit-led Holistic Approach™ to Leadership so that they can better educate, impart into, and prepare our future leaders for good success.

Vision:

Our vision is to see the Transformative Power of the Kingdom of God, the Word of God, and Philanthropy (doing good) operating in and throughout the lives and leadership of our children, youth, and young adults … our future leaders in their families, communities, schools, colleges, workplaces, cities, and nations. All for the glory of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

What About the Children…
Our Future Leaders?

Many of our families, schools, and communities are in chaos. We, like some Biblical Scholars and Prophets, believe that the chaos is the result of the withering spiritual and moral condition of America. Seeker friendly church services, government and man-made programs, money, and intellect alone will not suffice. They leave a huge void in the spiritual formation and transformation needed in people’s lives.

As such, our children…our youth…and our young adults…who are our future leaders and decision makers are being drawn into captivity by a troubled culture. Social media, tormenting fears, trauma, perversion, confusion, conflict, low academics, lawlessness, hopelessness, teen-age crime, reproductive rights, poverty, and dissension are just a few of the strongmen pledging to overtake our families, schools, communities, workplaces…and even our future. Yet, our Nation has God as THE SOLUTION.

A Holy Spirit-led holistic approach to leadership education, training and development is required to confront these strongmen and bring comfort and peace. “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn (Prov 29:2 KJV). It’s time for the mature sons and daughters of God to arise in authority, wage spiritual warfare against these strongmen, rebuild our families, and prepare the next generations of leaders.

Why? Because God cares about families, communities, and everything associated with their wellbeing. Raycenia shares how she learned this lesson firsthand.

OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM IS IN A CRISIS

In addition to 80-82% of our youth and young adults walking away from the Christian Church by the time they reach college age, our educational system is in a crisis. For example, Prince George’s County MD has an annual education budget of $2.4 Billion for 132K students. According to the US News Report on Education, Prince George’s County spends $15,903/student/year. However:

The statistics in Baltimore. MD are much worse. And our national educational statistics are not that great either. This must change!

If our children can’t read, write, or do math they will never be effective leaders and major decision makers in society. On top of all of that our children are dealing with, many of our national and local leaders have implemented laws that require K-12 schools embrace the LGBTOIA2S+ agenda which sexualizes children. Perhaps these are the reasons why many leaders wanted God, prayer, the Bible, Christian values, and American History out of our schools, universities, and society as a whole.

WE ARE LAUNCHING JC LANUE

Our young people will be the ones making future decisions, writing policies, legislating, implementing, and living with laws that will impact you, me, AND the generations to come. Godly Character is a must. They must know how to: have an intimate relationship with God, hear His voice, be Led by His Spirit, walk in their true identity, stand firm in their faith, and know how to integrate biblical principles into their everyday life and leadership decisions. They must be equipped and prepared to lead God’s Way.

But first and equally important, those parenting, leading, educating, discipling, and mentoring them must ALSO be equipped and experienced in these same areas! Your highest priority must be to model and set an example by your life. teaching. leadership. and Godly influence. The Time is NOW. We are here to come alongside and equip you and those you lead.

Rather than wait until 2028, God has placed a sense of urgency for NewB® Leadership to launch the Jesus Christ Leadership Associated Network, University, and Embassy (JC LANUE) in the fall of 2023.

Expand our Board of Governors and Network Partnerships

Establish our Be The Solution Campaign Philanthropy and Fundraising Leadership Cabinet

3.

Re-design and Launch Our Intergenerational Holy Spirit-Led Leadership Curriculum and Courses (For Online and In-Person) To Train The Trainers

4.

Acquire an Education and Training Facility Where Parents, Leaders, Grandparents, Educators, Mentors, Students, Businesses, and Organizations from the 7 Spheres of Influence Can Effectively Get Equipped How To Better Educate, Impart Into, and Prepare Our Future Leaders

WE NEED YOU

We know this is an audacious and monumental assignment, but we also know that with God all things are possible (Matt. 19:26). “For the LORD God is a sun and shield: The LORD will give grace and glory: No good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly” Psalm 84:11. Why? Because God cares about individuals, families, schools, colleges, communities, cities and nations.
